Delete your Sitara account

You can delete your account at any time, in either of these ways.

Option 1: In the app

Open Sitara → Settings → Your data → Delete account & records.

Option 2: By email

Email support@codecraze.co with the subject ‘Delete my Sitara account’. Include the email used for your account. We will verify ownership before deleting it. Never send passwords or health records.

What gets deleted

Deleting removes your account and the information linked to it:

Your profile
Period records
Check-ins
Goals and progress
Fasting records
Your preferences

How long it takes

We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Copies in our routine backups are overwritten within a further 90 days.

Copies you exported or shared

Any files you exported or shared before deleting are outside our control. We can't recall or remove them from devices or people you sent them to.
